Hunter Assassin

Hunter Assassin puts you in the role of a lone assassin hunting armed targets through a guarded environment. Use the surroundings and shadows to approach without entering a flashlight's beam, strike quickly, then get away before another target spots you. Reading the patrols matters more than charging toward the nearest enemy.

Watch before choosing a route

Look at where the guards are facing and which spaces their flashlights cover. A short route can still be dangerous if it crosses a beam. Wait for a better opening or approach around an obstacle instead of treating every visible target as immediately reachable.

Targets carry automatic machine guns, so staying unseen is valuable. Before committing to an attack, consider where you will move afterward. A successful approach can leave you exposed to another guard if you stop paying attention as soon as the first target is down.

Improve one decision at a time

Follow the game's input prompts, then use an early encounter to learn how movement and attacks respond. On another attempt, change the route or timing that exposed you. Repeating the same approach faster is less useful than identifying the moment a flashlight covered your path.
