Slap Aura

Slap Aura turns a floating arena into a close-range contest against bots. Approach a rival, land a slap and collect Aura while keeping yourself away from the drop. Each successful hit awards one Aura, which you can spend to unlock gloves with special abilities.

Close the distance without losing the platform

On a computer, move with WASD or the arrow keys, slap with the left mouse button, use an ability with E and jump with Space. On mobile, use the left joystick to move, the right button to jump and tap the screen to slap.

The target needs to be close enough for the hit. Watch both the opponent and the edge of the arena before moving in. Chasing another bot without checking your own position can turn a useful attack into a fall.

Aura, gloves and the impact effect

Successful strikes trigger the game's Phonk Frenzy effect: time slows, phonk music plays and masks appear. Ragdoll reactions make the impact visible. Keep track of your position through that effect rather than treating the animation as the end of the encounter.

As you unlock gloves, learn the ability currently available before relying on it near a ledge. A sensible first goal is to land repeatable hits while staying on the arena, then experiment with the different glove powers.
