Fantasy Triple Mahjong

Fantasy Triple Mahjong asks you to find sets of three identical tiles in a fantasy-themed arrangement. Matching pictures is only half of the task: a selectable tile must have at least two adjacent sides open. Your choices therefore depend on the shape of the layout as well as the symbols you can see.

Find three accessible copies

Use the mouse or a touchscreen to select tiles. Before beginning a set, locate all three matching copies and check whether each is available. Seeing the same symbol deep inside the arrangement does not make that tile free. Look at the spaces immediately around it and distinguish an accessible edge from a tile still surrounded by neighbors.

When several copies of a symbol are visible, compare their positions. Removing an exposed set can open access to the area behind it, creating a useful next choice. Work out what the removal will reveal before committing. This turns an apparent picture-search exercise into a sequence of decisions about space.

Make the next set easier to reach

Start with a group whose eligibility is clear. After it disappears, scan the nearby tiles again instead of immediately jumping to the opposite side of the board. The changed boundary may expose another complete set. If progress becomes difficult, search systematically for one symbol at a time and check its available copies.

The scoring rewards taking less time, but hurried selections are not automatically efficient. A brief check that all three tiles are usable can prevent a longer interruption. Learn the selection rule first, then improve how quickly you recognize legal groups. When an expected choice does not work, inspect the adjacent sides before assuming that the game has missed your input.

Three tiles change the matching problem

Do not apply the two-tile connection rule from Mahjong Connect Classic here. That game asks for pairs linked by a limited-turn path; this game asks for an eligible group of three. Switching between them is useful when you want to compare route planning with managing an exposed tile boundary.
